about

It’s pronounced “clay-lock” or maybe “kuh-lay-lock”.

Recorded over an extra-long period of time with Eric Lovre in his wonderful basement analog playground. Our recording process is fully analog to 8- and 16-track tape using lots of funny looking antique microphones, glowy tubes and fancy, yet dusty old equipment. Piano on Live Afraid recorded at Possum House by Eric on a reel-to-reel Mixed by Kalaloch and Eric Lovre. David Shelley helped mix Live Afraid and beat us at Mario Kart. AAA (analog analog analog) vinyl mastering and digital mastering by Adam Gonsalves at Telegraph Mastering. CDs manufactured by EasyDisc. Records pressed by Cascade in beautiful Portland, Oregon.

Say "Clay-lock". We are a boy and girl who love each other and make music together. We love pop, we love noise. We try to do both at the same time. We like real vinyl records.
